I will work to mandate civic education in our public-school curriculum.  American citizenship is the core of our Constitutional Republic, and the rights and responsibilities associated with it are all of our collective responsibility.  Rights and responsibilities are inextricably tied, and American children should be learning American values in American schools. They should be able to recite their Bill of Rights by memory by elementary and rigorously tested over the Federalist Papers in High School.  Studies on generational economic lag have shown the greatest indicator of upward social and economic mobility to be education.  When you arrive at a mall, they have a map, which allows you to plot your path.  American children should be learning the infrastructure of their country, and likewise mapping it, efficiently enough to navigate it with confidence.  Deprivation of proper civic education violates the Equal Rights Protections of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution (1787).

Correct phrasing is necessary for any informed response.  People don't always articulate this concept ideally, or with the appropriate semantics, so here is a reductive explanation.  All money is tax money, because the government can raise taxes indefinitely, and all monies controlled by the government are derived from taxes.  The school will therefore be either directly or indirectly funded by the people, however, the method of payment will either be either proxy-pay or direct-pay.   The choice is not public or private because all schools are funded for public use and enrollment and ultimately through private dollars.  The question is just your degree of input and accountability as a parent in the educational process.  Allowing funds to follow the child will incentivize the public sector to improve its schools to compete with the private sector school, thus once again masterfully illustrating the benefits of a capitalist free market.  Restricting tax funds to public schools violates the First Amendment to the Us Constitution (1787).

Children don't need to be learning about new kinds of sex in school and young adults shouldnt be learning communist tenets in higher learning institutions in our country.  I will stop the proxy sexualization of children occurring through the public education sector, among other places, by more clearly defining the laws.  Our society has always regulated sexual behaviour, this occasion is no different.  As a father, I am personally offended by the claim that these perpetrators are exercising their human rights.  The total liberation of sexual behaviour divorced from its inherent utility is not a human right.  Nothing that jeopardizes humanities' ability to perpetuate itself as a species may be considered protected by the field of human rights. The existence of the federal Department of Education violates the Tenth Amendment of the US Constitution (1787).

ELIMINATE THE JUVENILE COURT under the fifth amendment, us constitution (1787)

The existence of a separate juvenile court creates a fundamental loophole allowing the government to harass Nebraska families for political reasons, by allowing a subordinate county court to overrule a district or appellate court. There are no issues in juvenile law that cannot be properly adjudicated through county court. The juvenile court allows for parents who have never been charged with abuse or neglect to have their rights terminated.  Law-abiding private citizens ought not be subjected to any involuntary government interference, whatsoever; juvenile courts are that loophole.  They consistently undercut the interests of the children they purport to serve, due to the numerous cottage industries which surround DHHS CFS, inherently monetizing children.  These subversive courts and their subversive processes violate the Due Process Protections of the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution (1787).

TAX REFORM/FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY under the fifth amendment, us constitution (1787)

I will put an end to beauracratic political activism.   I can proactively eliminate loopholes to tighten up the statutory language in our laws and ensure that subjective interpretation does not cause a statute to be used contrary its intended purpose.  Words should be concise to allow a statute to be enacted down to the letter of the law, ten times out of ten times, or it's bad policy.  Bad policy requires increased subsidization through tax increments. I will hold our departments/agencies to account, ten times out of ten.  Misuse of taxes violates the Deprivation Prohibitions of the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution (1787).

Remove all special interests' groups from government and eliminate all overt and latent programming from special interests' groups to create equality under the law so that all Nebraskans can sink or swim of their own volition, as it should be.  The private sector will be free to engage in this sort of nonsense at their own discretion, but we will eliminate any laws or mandate imposed by government for them to do so, and absolutely eliminate it from the public sector and call for prosecution of any government entity engaging in any such acts of conspiracy, as illegal efforts to defraud Nebraskans of their Constitutional rights. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Enviornmental Social Goals (ESG), are all subversive initiatives which violate the Equal Rights Protections of the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution (1787).
